Variety of sessions! There is something for everyone, no matter where you are at in your Neogov journey!
Cons
Nothing! My experience has been great and there is honestly nothing I do not like. Looking forward to the continuation of evolution!

Great service and product
Pros
I like the ease of converting simple and complex forms and processes from paper and manual processes to digital and automated processes. It is much easier to find files and information, and customer support is always wonderful.
Cons
Sometimes, it takes a long time to find a solution if issues arise. Responses from customer support can be slow, especially if the issue is very complex. It would help to receive regular updates even if no progress has been made. So that we don’t feel forgotten in the caseloads.

Neogov - a step to our future
My overall experience with Neogov has been very positive. Our implementation and go live webt smoothly.
Pros
What I like most about Neogov currently is that the platform is very user friendly and ezsy to navigate.
Cons
What I like least is that we are not able to adjuat the office on the requisition after it jas been submitted.

Perform & Supervisors
NEOGOV has been great to work with. We love that they are so receptive on feedback. We know not all changes are made overnight but always appreciate feeling heard and thoughts are taken to development for consideration.
Pros
Perform has assisted in evaluation completion. The ease of use and modern look assists supervisors. Access to the mobile app and journal entries has significantly increased evaluation submission. We look forward to the future enhancements and writing assistance!
Cons
I would love if there was more reporting in Perform and customized dashboards for supervisors upon login. On the supervisor end they have to click around to access statuses of current evaluations opposed to having a quick dashboard upon login. It is easy from an admin level to access but something more user friendly for supervisors I think would engage them even more.

NEOGOV is our future
I think NEOGOV could be an exceptional tool for my organization if we can adopt a culture of improving efficiencies, reducing paper waste, and utilization of the application. We also have to focus on employee development, and not just think of it as process tools.
Pros
Integration of products. Ability to improve efficiencies and reduce paper waste. Ability to individualize what products we need.
Cons
UAT data is only updated once a year. Difficulty to make bulk updates to data. Outdated training materials. Short availability to implementation manager after training. We need the support the most after the training is done.
