Each of the features of Smart Hires ATS is important to my work as a Director of Human Resources, but Smart Hires' competitive advantage is the responsiveness of its Support Team if ever I need assistance with a feature or a candidate application submitted. Smart Hires ATS is a low-cost, high-quality system that should be considered by HR professionals to simplify their talent acquisition and application tracking tasks.
Cons
If Smart Hires ATS included a huge-huge database of resumes recently submitted by candidates and searchable within the system, then two or more systems used now for talent acquisition could be combined into one all-inclusive system--adding to HR's efficiency each day.

The Features are easy to use. Easy to Deploy and cost per hire is very low.

Scheduling for Interviews as there are plenty of candidates applying for positions.
