FSM GRID is the best stand alone Field Service Management Tool
If I were at a company and had to choose a single tool for Field Service Management alone I would choose FSM Grid. Knowing what I know abbot the company and working with them, using their product to deliver services to our clients the past 8 years, I would trust them with my business any day.
Pros
FSM Grid provides a comprehensive and flexible solution for Field Service Management. Their ability to integrate with any platform is a huge plus.
Cons
I loved the interaction I have personally with the team at FSM and their ability to adapt to my companies specific needs. Their ability to be flexible over the past 8 years has allowed my company to improve our service to the client.

Lomaen Medical FSM Grid review
The experience has been a good one for the most part, we are able to be a lot more productive and keep better track of whats going on, since we have implemented this software and the delevopment team has been amazing in helping us customise the software to be exactly what we wanted and are always willing to offer their time & assistance.
Pros
The software has all of the elements we need, without being overly complicated. The scheduling and live statuses are a huge benefit as we are able to keep track of our techncians and offer our clients real-time accurate time estimates for their issue to be resolved as well as always having a complete work history to refer back to whenever we need.
Cons
The initial process of importing all of our information, customising the software to suit our needs and getting our team to all use the system, was frustratng at times as it took a while for us, but once it was done, it was a pleasure to use.
