> **Pros**: Lead Docket has been a huge asset for managing leads for our firm. It has a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate for our intake team. Our favorite feature is that it syncs with Filevine, our client file management software, ensuring that data integration between platforms is more organized for our case management process. In addition, Lead Docket is highly customizable, allowing firms to tailor fields, reports, and automation to fit their specific needs. The Intake Dshboard is a quick way to digest all incoming leads, their status, and who they're assigned to. It also generates task flows, helping our intake team stay on track with automated reminders and structured processes that improve productivity and follow-up efficiency.

> **Cons**: As with other legal software, it does take some time to get used to and isn't super intuitive. It is bare bones in its appearance, making it difficult to look at until you're used to using the software.
