A1 Custome Service
We have used Hireful for a long while, we left for one year, and came straight back. It was a no brainer for us, we get fabulous service and they make our lives easier.
Pros
Brilliant customer support, they really try to make your life easier where possible. The process is really smooth and consistent. You can choose which elements and boards you want to use, so making each campaign bespoke to the role.
I get an update on monthly basis as to where we are with our account. When posting new roles, they respond quickly to get the role advertised as quickly as possible, but not without giving you tips on how to attract better or more candidates.
Cons
The ATS but thats not because it isnt good, we just have to do a work around when sorting CVs and going through selection process. If we didnt have our own ATS this wouldnt be an issue and would be ideal to use just theres.

Hireful Review
hireful was the first ATS here - and it totally transformed the way we recruit. We have much greater visibility, improved reporting and data, and the system is genuinely so easy to use. We still aren't leveraging all of the elements of the system and we're working on this with hireful, especially since the merge of a number of divisions within our business. hireful have been extremely helpful with that merge and the resulting rebrand updates! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team.
Pros
Easy to use - really intuitive for HR and hiring managers - they can often navigate the system without support.
Easy to bespoke elements such as reporting - which give such great into source of hire and DEI elements.
Super helpful team at hireful - nothing is ever to much trouble.
Innovative - with a great programme of future developments.
The AI prioritisation is proving helpful - although we're still in the early days of usage.
Love the additions of webinars to support the hiring community!
Cons
Integration with some of the bigger HRIS can be a challenge - however there are usually ways around some of these challenges - and no IT system that I've ever worked with has been perfect!

Good Starter ATS
It's helping us to be more GDPR compliant and manage high volume recruitment. It has saved us 0.75 of a person by storing and managing the applicants.
Pros
It helps us manage high volumes of candidates and to communicate easily with them, ie to reject or invite for an interview
Cons
It can be a bit clunky, for example, if you want to add quite a lot of comment when releasing roles to agencies it's not that easy to type into. Sometimes it decides not to automatically shortlist or to unpublish itself but this is not a regular occurrence.

Hireful ATS
Love it. The ATS has completely improved our entire recruitment process, modernising it and reducing admin significantly. The customer service is brilliant as well.
Pros
Customer service is amazing. Whenever I have a query, I can get an answer almost immediately via the support chat function. The actual platform is very easy to use with every one of our hiring managers praising how much better our recruitment process is now we are using the ATS. As an admin, I find the posting of ads and scheduling of interviews/general communication so quick and easy.
Cons
Only one minor con and that is the anonymised names can get a little confusing. We once contacted the wrong candidate by mistake as their anonymised name was extremely similar to another candidate's.

Pros

Reporting could be a bit more easy to use, but I asked for training in this and hireful where only to helpful to ensure I was getting what I needed from the system
