I ended up switching to a different program with more up to date features for the same fee
Pros
It was relatively easy to set up, I liked that it integrated with my PMS
Cons
Very old school, hard to navigate. When I did have issues they blamed the PMS company and would pass it off

Rapport
It was touted as a superior product and a "must have" with the hospital software we upgraded to. However, the hospital software does many things Rapport does but better. Plus it was supposed to be an upgraded product from the previous version (Vetstreet). I would argue that it is not.
Pros
Text, email, appointment reminders, email campaigns.
Cons
It has a very outdated feel to it. I haven't noticed any updates or improvements in the 2 years of using.
