Pros
Agile enough to allow for customization. Built upon a base platform/offering strong enough to utilize for majority of vendor performance tracking needs.
Cons
Reliance on pdf reporting instead of formats that support analyzing data (i.e. csv, xls).

Drive improved supply chain compliance with Traverse
Pros
Traverse is very simple to use and is easily customizable. The team is extremely knowledgeable. The tool allows us to identify which vendors are driving problems and then recoup the costs of that extra labor at our warehouses. We can also work with those vendors on future improvements to help with warehouse efficiency.
Cons
Customization comes at a cost, and Traverse should share what their other customers have done so that all can utilize that functionality.

Implementation to Continued Development Solutions
Traverse has helped us stand up and maintain a Supplier compliance program, and grown with us as our needs for the program shifted and changed after implementation. I appreciate their open and solutions mindset.
Pros
The Traverse team is quick to jump on a call to answer questions as we continue to analyze how our suppliers impact our business and find needs to adjust our program for visibility into these opportunities. I like that they bring other software users together to discuss learnings and new ways of utilizing the program for their business.
Cons
Ease of integration will likely vary on your individual businesses systems abilities. Traverse worked with us through each of these unique aspects, but that process is can be reasonably complicated bringing IT teams together, but worth the effort once the integration solutions are found.

Analytics are 2nd to none
Pros
Traverse has been in business for 20+ years and have developed reports in a variety of ways. You can pull a canned report or develop one based on your specific needs. Their teams are responsive and the knowledge shows on the end result. The tool can be used throughout the organization without extra user costs. Our DC associates all the way through to our buying organization are using and seeing the same data.
Cons
We don't really have any issues with the platform

My Traverse Review
Pros
I love the ability to send an email blast out to all of my shippers at one time, the ability to track all of my freight claims in one queue, and to also see all the shipments we have received in at our consignees.
Cons
The only downfall I experience is the speed. It tends to move a little slowly but not a major inconvenience.
