software is growing and improvements are done. we can do all our business steps in once.
Pros
all information in one software, on one customer. i can find all dates and do reportings, overview over all orders, administrating of orders as in the inspection assignment, sending emails directly out of ecert and import them. attach files and editing filetypes
Cons
could be more user friendly. tab correspondence is complicated. for some changes intact is needed, it would be nice to have access to all dates to work on it outside ecert.

Data quality; a lot of data in one place
Pros
Robust system in core functions of audit and certification processes
Straight forward system in regards to these areas
Cons
Data mining and exports are not that easily done and there are no good reporting/ exporting features;
some of the data logic is complex and not always easy to use
