About Google Workspace

Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) is a cloud-based suite of collaboration and document management tools designed to help businesses manage video meetings, presentations, multi-person video calls and live streaming. Key features include access control, real-time chat, presentation streaming, two-way audio and video, private chat, calendar management, real-time editing, mobile access, and content management. Teams using Google Workspace can set up meetings and share links with staff members, clients or customers to facilitate communication for increased productivity. Participants can join meetings directly from a Google Calendar event or an email invite that includes all details about the event. Additionally, it offers a dial-in functionality, which enables employees to join meetings without an internet connection. Google Workspace facilitates voice and video conferencing through Google Meet, with support for up to 250 participants. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via documentation, FAQs, forum, and other online measures.

Amazing tool. User friendly.

I'm very happy with them. Is a great experience. Great quality-ratio price.

Pros

Extremely UX friendly. 10€/month that makes your life significantly easier.

Cons

The only thing that could be improved is the SPAM filter.

The best all-in-one workspace for your small business!

Google Workspace is my primary place for email management, communicating with clients and team members, and storing & sharing documents. Having everything all in one place makes it so easy for my team and I to communicate round the clock and to keep ourselves organized for any and all projects!

Pros

Google Workspace is an easy to use workplace that allows me to manage emails, store documents, chat with my team, and so much more all in one location!

Cons

There was nothing that I disliked about Google Workspace.

One stop shop for our all communication and storage needs

Overall, we are happy with Google workspace and will recommend to other organizations also

Pros

Best thing about Google Workspace is the breadth of features and services that help reduces so much confusion in users. Also, the simple UI, security features like MFA are very good

Cons

They are continuously increasing prices every year. The inability of having an offline mail client as well as change management we face due to unavailability of excel specially when macros are used, are few things we dont like

1,000x better than Microsoft 365

Pros

I had a chance to use both Google Workspace and Microsoft's Office 365 and Google Workspace is miles better. Intuitive UX, easy to use, less spam compared to Outlook. Video conferencing got also rapidly better so don't have to pay for Zoom subscription anymore.

Cons

It's annoying you need separate app for everything, Calendar app is weak.

Excellent alternative for work

I must make reports on students and connect to meetings with networks constantly, with Google Workspace, I can do this easily and quickly by just connecting to my account, since just by accessing it I can make reports online, store and share files, do collaborative work in preparing reports for courts, make presentations to present at talks with parents and of course, connect to meetings with different networks.

Pros

In general, everything related to Google is easy to use, you do not need extensive learning or prior knowledge to be able to use and take advantage of the different Google Work tools. Furthermore, if you don't know how to make or use any of the tools, it is as easy as using the search engine and you can access videos and tutorials on how to use the different tools and get the most out of them. In my particular case, I like to be able to have all the tools in one place and linked to my work account, since this way I don't have to go from program to program and I can access all the content easily.

Cons

I have nothing I can say against Google Workspace, since it contains all the basic tools that I use on a daily basics.
