Overconsumption of RAM: To compensate, we use Firefox rather than Chrome (the latter being our preferred browser) to run live events3. Somewhat difficult to manage Q\&A: We'd love to see the option to "claim" a question when there are multiple moderators attempting to answer chat or Q\&A with written responses. This would ensure that we avoid duplicating effort.
