It lets you decide if your work should be equally distributed for normal activities or focused on quickly reaching an objective, for example a close delivery. In this last case you can use Rush mode and all your team works hard to close every single task and, at the same time, to win an internal competition that rewards the top 3 positions in Leaderboard.
