> **Pros**: We use ShipStream to fulfill and manage spare parts orders by placing manual . Our support team of about 40 people actively uses ShipStream in their day-to-day operations. Order tracking, analytics, product data management and reporting are excellent. ShipStream is very intuitive, no additional intensive team training was needed. ShipStream support in particular provides excellent service. All our specific and additional requirements were implemented quickly and easily. We are happy to have ShipStream as our IT partner. Great tool, great team.

> **Cons**: so far, all the features we were missing have been implemented, so I can't name any negative points. If we need a feature, then we contact the support and this feature will be implemented later.
