A system that simplifies functions of commissions
I have not found any fault or any feature that I do not consider to be positive of this tool
Pros
The platform is an excellent option in terms of alternative sales processes, or only focuses on customers having a great experience but also allows them to remain customers for much longer, as long as it has an understandable interface and the function of assignment of compensation is quite precise and even automated as well as the characteristics of calculation of commissions
Cons
What I like is that it has a system that performs the calculations automatically, allowing for no errors or later calculations for compensation to clients, in addition, the tool has constant auditing characteristics and, as always, even with systems automated

Performio Review
Performio is a big step up over using spreadsheets to manage compensation. It has drastically reduced the time it takes to process payroll each month.
Pros
Running reports is easy and makes it simple for me to reconcile our data each month. The Performio support is great and responds promptly with answers when we run into any issues.
Cons
Since Performio is SQL based, we are reliant on the implementation team at Performio to any changes to our plans. There are other products out there that are excel based and are easier to manage from an Admin standpoint.

Pros
Visibility for my team, letting them check out their own sales and making sure it lines up with the commission being paid.
Cons
It is clunky at times to visualize my sales in our platform. Also, I wish I could see my team laid out in front of me rather than clicking through each individual contributors' page.

Performio is great at tracking your individual progress, UI is outdated
Great tool, needs to be updated with UI

I liked the ability to track individual sales for myself and the pay adding up properly. I love the ability to submit an edit to my manager and director.
Cons
The user interface is horrible to say the least. it feels pre 2008 computer use. The way things are organized to do edits are very difficult and time-consuming

With Performio, we can provide administrators with accurate compensation figures for closed deals and expected deals in a friendly and dynamic manner. I appreciate the transparency in data presentation that Performio offers, which enables managers to quickly obtain accurate summaries and speeds up the approval process. In addition, the comprehensive analytics and reporting provided by Performio are incredibly helpful in data validation, making our work much easier.
Cons
Although I didn't discover any drawbacks to using Performio, I have found its interface to be a little complicated. I would appreciate further improvements to the interface with upcoming upgrades.

Good to track your targets, Bad if you have accelerators after 100% of your target.
Pros
It shows me my target, how much I have achieved and how much I am getting paid for 100% of my target. It also keeps a target with multiple graphs and gives a clear idea about the consistency of your performance.
Cons
The software is not configured for accelerators and never shows how much I am going to get paid if I achieve over 100% of my target. It also calculates the wrong amount and I have received the wrong incentives because of the same. If I haven't calculated the same manually. I would have lost the money.

Happy with the product. With all the calculations at my finger tip, it makes my work productive and easier.
Pros
The real-time commission that I am going to make throughout the quarter is what stands out for me. Makes the calculations of my commission much easier.
Cons
The overall UI of the product could be better. Especially the color scheme of the product.

What an amazing tool! Makes Commission reports easy to read
It's been a grade A experience through and through.

I love how transparent the software is when it comes to reading my commission reports. This tool has seriously changed the way I handle sales and payouts.

Performio Performing Perfectly: Providing Properly Prospected Paychecks!
My overall experience with Performio has been very positive. In our job we are encouraged to interact with it regularly, and I belive that has helped increase my understanding of it, and effectiveness with it.
Pros
What I most like is being able to track my sales day to day, seeing where my commissions are stacking up. This gives me an opportunity to see where I'm lacking, and direct focus into those areas.
Cons
It does take some getting used to. Once you understand it, it is quite clear, but there is a lot of information provided, and learning what all you are looking at, and what it means to you as a sales person, can take a little time.

So glad Performio exists!
I think we were missing a LOT of errors before Performio. We have caught inaccurate billing, order entry errors & payout errors we would have missed without the help of Performio!
Pros
It's a one stop shop to see commissions for my entire team! I like that they have control and are able to dispute items but I have the right to refuse if necessary. It opens up a dialogue with our sellers.
Cons
Actually, not much really. It sure beats having to use an excel spreadsheet! ;)

Coeo Solutions
We have been able to accurately implement our commissions plan which our previous platform could not. We've been able to transparently show our contributors how they are being compensated and we can easily work to identify issues or errors while being extremely transparent around a critical and sensitive subject.
Pros
Features are intuitive and easily customizable for developers that know and understand the system
Cons
Software is great - no major complaints but I would say I would like to have more training opportunities to learn more about the software and what else we could be doing to improve our experience.

Helpful Tool for Commissions
Good software service that may need a few more employees to streamline trainings and implementations
Pros
The best part of this software is the ability to set it with almost any calculation process and in a multitude of ways visually for end users.
Cons
Integration with our existing business was difficult. We were met with a whole lot of 'no' when we knew the answer was yes (as we've eventually added all of our wants over the course of a few months). The implementation felt like pulling teeth with the Performio team and there was a general lack of explanation and direction.

Sales persons best friend for commission tracking
Pros
The only time I would use Performio was to see what my commission check was going to be, how I'm tracking against my goal, or to see what my previous commission checks were.
Thankfully it was really easy to use and I was always able to find the information I needed easily.
Cons
I really did not find any cons, everything I used it for worked really well and was easy to navigate.

Great - one stop shop for KPI purposes and a roll up of performance
Pros
Once all the data is uploaded it's very easy to use and a good way of tracking daily KPI outputs and performance to target
Cons
Not the software but you are reliant on internal data to be uploaded which can drag out the user experience

I have no control
I do what I'm told to get paid. I have no say as to what software the company uses.
Pros
chargebacks are clearly listed. You know if there is an issue in an instant
Cons
My company hasn't spent any effort to train the staff. We all figured out how to use it on our own. The first several months the company used Performio the system was always down. The window to check to see if you were paid correctly was always very short.

Rarely if Ever Accurate
Pros
Fairly easy to use, not over-complicated
Cons
It is never accurate, which could be the admins fault but it sucks when you're trying to budget your pay and you really don't know how accurate the figures are.
