User-friendly System
I find CallHub to a useful application for telephonic campaigns. I’m currently using it for a project I’m working on with a nonprofit organization. I’ve been able make contact with my target demographic successfully using this tool.
Pros
CallHub is a great tool to use for outreach campaigns. You’re able to contact a large segment of your target population rather quickly. It also has a function that allows you to practice making the outbound calls prior to using it in a live scenario.
Cons
I am new to user, so I’m still getting acclimated to using CallHub. I noticed a dial pad to call out, but I didn’t notice a button to place the outbound calls once the phone number has been entered if I am trying to reach someone in particular. The system automatically places the calls to the population you’re looking to reach though.

User Friendly but has Glitches
It was easy to use, once you entered comments the system should have been s way to input do not call again
Pros
That it auto dialed and kept dialing until it reached an actual caller
Cons
There didn’t seem to be a way to make the system recognize that someone’s number had been called already & the person spoke to one of the volunteers as a number of people said they had been called multiple times.

It worked okay.
It was glitchy and kicked people out of the website often while hosting our phone banks. Audio issues happened daily with multiple issues and were hard to predict. It works a little better though the browser. We also didn't have the best customer service. Overall it was disappointing compared to the competitors with most features, looking forward to seeing how it grows.
Pros
The transfer call feature is very beneficial to the organizing community.
Cons
The audio issues tend to make me go for another dialer more often, my team needs all the chances they can get. When you are able to get someone willing to talk to you, and you lose them though a website issue, it can tank the ability to reach our deliverables.

Premium features without the need for license commitments
One of the reasons why we continue to use CallHub is the flexibility to scale up and down as needed. The features CallHub provides to you are generally considered premium features on other calling systems
Pros
Compared to Callhub to other available calling system on the market, Callhub has a lot of features for a reasonable cost. it also doesn't lock you into the seats/licenses. This allows you to scale up and down as needed.
Cons
The analytics and reporting still need improvement. It is still very much designed for a B2C type of campaigns. There are limitations for B2B campaigns.

I am a fan of Callhub
I have been using Callhub probably since 2018. I love the platform. I have used it on dozens of projects, both political and private sector business related. I have also recommended it to others, and I will continue to do so.
Pros
I like the intuitive nature of the platform, as well as the dynamic suite of services that you can offer from it.
Cons
The cost of adding team members to your account is a little pricey.

Great Contact Support Staff
So far so good, still learning about your product and its features.
Pros
So far support staff have been very helpful and timely with their responses, I'm not always at my computer to zoom so detailed emails is appreciated.
Cons
Attaching media files and website links are most likely to be filtered. Need a solution for those that don't want customers to have 3-5 different 10DLC numbers for them. If that means buying a registered number specifically for campaigning so files attached don't disrupt the service and you can maintain 100% deliverables.

Quite a Useful Tool
I've been using it for 5 years and it's a very helpful tool for getting volunteers together to crush phonebanks.
Pros
The user experience for agents is great, very streamlined. The smooth integration with Nationbuilder is essential for us. Additionally the built in tools like automated/manual texts and prerecorded voicemail are very handy, and it's helpful as an admin to be able to export detailed CSVs and see what went down.
Cons
The fact that the page refreshes every time you add a new question or event, or reorder them. It makes the process of setting up a new campaign arduous and as an admin it's a headache. Also the fact that you need to go through every single edit page to save changes. Making cloning and editing previous campaigns easier would be great.

It's great. Just use Chrome
I thought it worked well. I've never done phone banking before, and outside of having to switch browsers, it worked just fine, especially with help from a more experienced user.
Pros
It was mostly intuitive and easy to go to the next call.
Cons
Apparently, it doesn't work with Microsoft Edge. Most people use Chrome, but it should be acknowledged especially before you get on to use it for the first time.

Best texting platform I've used
CallHub is the best texting platform I've used. The interface is really straightforward, and the integration with NationBuilder really comes in handy for us. Whenever I have an issue, I get great support quickly. I also have a dedicated account rep with whom I speak on a quarterly basis. He always comes to our meetings prepared to show me a new way that CallHub can make my work life easier.
Pros
CallHub's interface is more user-friendly and straightforward than other platforms I've used. Tech support is fast and helpful. I really enjoy using CallHub.
Cons
It's really hard for me to think of anything. Whatever problems I have had -- they have been about 90% error on my part, at least. Rarely a CallHub glitch. Regardless of what caused an issue, I always get super fast and helpful tech support.

Fairly simple, user-friendly, sometimes glitchy
Overall, I find CallHub fairly predictable, even when it's not working. I did find the glitches when I was making patch-through calls especially frustrating. Overall I do like its simplicity.
Pros
I generally like the app that allows me to use CallHub from my phone, which makes campaigning and other calls feel more natural.
Cons

A complete scam
Pros
I lost 2 days of work, I didn't like any of them
Cons
There is no problem while signing up and making payment. You create a campaign and you get the message (Each account has a total limit of 60 calls/min for all the running campaigns click here for more details or contact support.), you cannot send, it asks you for payments that are not in your account again. Also For calls, they charge money on a minute basis rather than a second basis. This is an impossible mistake. For example, a customer opened the call, hung up the call in the first 5 seconds and demands a fee for 1 minute from you. It is impossible to get an answer from the support. I definitely do not recommend it, it is a money trap.

Positive and very reliable. We have depended on it for mission critical events and it hasn't let us down.
Pros
Intuitive user interface, easy sign up process. Reliable when making phone calls and sending text messages; gives you immediate interactive feedback as the campaign goes, so we are no longer left in the dark for any errors.
Cons
Number process can be a little confusing with new 10DLC number requirements in the US. We can no longer use the "rent a number" option quickly.
Phone number vs mobile phone import can also be improved, since landlines are a lot more rare and we faced some issues with starting a texting campaign.
