Mirro helps leaders better understand their teams and let colleagues grow alongside each other, building positive and ever-evolving team journeys. The platform comes with an activity feed, which allows users to view project updates and share thoughts with teams. Performance check-ins functionality in Mirro enables managers to provide feedback or recognition to employees and track goals for multiple projects. It offers a host of features, such as onboarding management, automated review reminders, an employee database, role-based permissions, document management, performance journaling, and more. Additionally, administrators can create objectives, assign deadlines and track completion status in real-time. Mirro allows users to gain insight into employee retention rates, attritions, and capacity schedules via analytics. It supports integration with Zapier and various other third-party applications. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email, and other online measures.

Good people management tool

Pros

Friendly platform, got easier to use throughout time and it is continuously growing/improving its features. Love the Kudos system.

Cons

Nothing specific; maybe regarding the "Dark mode" option, which when applied does not seem to be that user friendly considering the platform's font (all that is not bold gets harder to read/follow).

Cons

The latest changes on uploading docs (as HR) for employees. Please bring back the old bulk upload!

good software, has great potential

I think the product is easy to use and helpful for any type of organisation, I'm happy we started this collaboration

Pros

Before the implementation, the sales team offered a lot of useful information very patiently. Even the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was willing to meet our team to answer possible questions, and this I appreciated a lot. The implementation support was flawless, responsiveness to emails was very fast.
I like the ease of use, some of the functionalities (like kudos and the interactive homepage) are cool, also the "have you met X" is a nice functionality. It was (in theory) easy to implement the software in our company.

Cons

I already suggested adding some new functionalities that would be helpful for our organisation. Although the sales presentation was impressive, the application has some bugs that interfered with the implementation part. The good part is that their representative (Lavinia) helped me during this process. I think the biggest issue I had so far was that we had co edit some of the information (for all the colleagues) manually - if we were a bigger company, this would have been a lot more time-consuming.

Easy and fun to use

It’s a good experience, gives me the exact information i need, without having to dig too deep.

Pros

I love the simple interface and how intuitive everything is. I didn’t need an onboarding to start using it. It gives a holistic overview on what’s happening in the company and it’s a fun way to know your colleagues when you’re new, to give and receive recognition.
Small things like social media type of interactions makes Mirro a tool that incentivizes employees to perform tasks that otherwise would be considered “chores”.
I like the ease of use and clear way of displaying information, clean design and logical flows from an UX perspective.

Cons

The fact that upon logging in, even if i tick the “Remember me” check box, I always have to type my email. Seems like a bug, so it’s not that bad, but slightly frustrating to have a feature that doesn’t work.

Great team management software

Pros

Overall UX flow

My overall experience with Mirro has been great so far. I'm in love with the activity feed and it makes the colleagues interact and engage a lot which is amazing. Huge fan of the gifs and emoji reactions

Pros

Feedback requests and giving feedback. The flow is really intuitive and easy to complete.

Cons

PTO/Holidays section. The top section for some reason is not clear enough. Too many cards with numbers and they are not clear from the first glance. I still need to read each one of them to get to " how many days do I have left in this year"

Experience

My over experience with Mirro is amazing. Tracking your performance year to date is awesome. Being able to track my performance by category. Giveback feedback to colleagues is great and simple. Plus, its affordable.

Pros

Mirro allows you to track your performance. Review and edits objectives. Receive supervisor feedback and also input feedback. It really helps me keep my goals on track. I love you can give feedback on other employees.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about it.

So far, we have had a very good experience thanks to their excellent customer experience team, always ready to solve all our doubts and needs. 🏆

Pros

What I like most is that we can provide timely and meaningful feedback to your colleagues and formally recognize your work environment, culture, teamwork, and contribution to performance.As a strong ally of personnel, it is very useful for simplifying procedures and shortening time. All of this is possible because their excellent customer experience team is always ready to answer all our questions and combine schedules to achieve the best possible performance.

Cons

On the downside, I found no ability to track salary with all bonuses in addition to each employee's negotiated salary. From the point of view of the wage area, I would like to have the opportunity to introduce(via data import) Monthly salary including bonus for each employee.

Dare for more!

Three big problems have been solved:
- clarity on the area of personal objectives;
- clarity on the leave & attendance area. People used to send weekly questions to HR about the situation of the days off (paid vacation).
- we've encouraged the provision of feedback (Kudos)

Pros

Clarity provided by the Leave & Attendance section!

Cons

Salary section should be customized according to fixed salaries and the frequency of bonuses.

My work buddy

Mirro is an efficient working tool, helping employers track users' activity and also providing great tools for users in order to manage their work, documents, holidays and so on.

Pros

It is very easy to use and has efficient features.

Cons

It doesn't have the option to pause your activity and restart it at some point later, at least in my case. You can only stop the clock when you check out from work.

Perspective from a new user

A good experience, a lot of useful functions that if not used, would slow down the rate of work significantly and make it hard to track all the employees, especially when the people are working from home.

Pros

Very helpful functions to organise documents, overtime, leave days, punch in/out for remote work. Additionally, the performance reviews of the employees is easy to use and easy to organize the information.

Cons

The fact that all documents are uploaded in a single place makes them hard to find sometimes.

Good product

Pros

The feedback and performace review features, holiday requests, flexi time requests

Cons

The are where you define the teams/departments - it should provide more flexibility as there are companies that are organized different than the "traditional" way
Also it should start taking into account that there are a lot of companies that switched to WFH completely.

My colleague Mirro

It is one of us. It keeps track of my spare time, and gives me heads up whenever needed, so... very human like. A human that cares about my well being but also my productivity at work.

Pros

Its user friendly appeareance and ease of use.

Cons

I could not say I thought about something missing. Maybe, a designated window where you can write your notes and then export them like files. Like, beside the long term objectives, some short-term TO DO’s.

Of course I like Mirro, it helps me get my vacation days.

Pros

* The design: is super friendly and it has a funny touch. It makes me feel good when I access the platform
* It is helpful: I can easily choose my vacation days and have have an OK from my boss in a very short time

Cons

* I'm not sure if it is connected to my Google Calendar. It would be great to be that way
* Sometimes, I just cannot find where I can choose my vacation days. I don't use Mirro that much, I just use it when I want to get my vacation days and sometimes I just have to look for the section that I need more than I would like to. Maybe it would be helpful to have a shortcut or a "recently used feature" button.

Great application

Pros

I like the fact that the application simplifies all my HR interactions and provides me clarity for what could be going on with teammates, as it's hard to observe or keep up with changes in a remote environment.

Cons

I'm not sure if it's implemented yet or not, but I think one small improvement I could see made is for half-day vacation requests being trackable on site, rather than just taking a full day and mentioning in comments for HR that it's only for half a day.

Overall the experience was good, but I am still discovering the platform. Hope to use it a lot more from now on.

Pros

I likes the most that a lot of important features in the HR life of the organization are here and there is openness from the developers to add things that prove to be usefull for all of their users.

Cons

It is harder to clarify the element of vacations, because different companies have different ocazions for which they offers vacation days and if the program they use is different than the one in mirro, there can be errors in loading these days dirrectly in a database.

Mirro review

Pros

Product is relatively easy to use and bug free.
Useful features like the posibility to submit time off requests or flexi time as well as providing feedback for colleagues or giving Kudos

Cons

Product is not that easy to cutomise and doesn't fit that well to the way our company is organised. Nothing that we couldn't work around but something that was a bit of an annoyance and increased the time it took to set the software up to be used by our company
