The newer updates make the screens much cleaner and save us a lot of unnecessary clicks. We also really appreciate the custom reporting tools, which make it easy to pull the exact data we need when a standard report doesn't cut it. Having everything in one place—where you can jump straight from the patient's exam to the eyewear section—is incredibly convenient.One of the biggest standouts is the support team. It is a huge plus to speak with experienced, long-term staff who actually know the system inside and out, rather than getting passed to someone with limited training. Whenever bugs or issues pop up, they handle them quickly.
