(Not sure if this is possible, but would be helpful\!)&#10;2) When you create a Job Board ad, it would be helpful if when we searched we could tell which ones were free and which ones are paid. It takes some time to sift through all of them to find out information.

> **Cons**: They did not have a good pool of candidates. During our contract period only 3 people were sent to us for review. None of the people sent met our basic requirements.

> Although the people with whom I had interaction from Exacthire were friendly, the overall service was lackluster. We did not receive many candidates. Of the candidates we did receive, none met our basic requirements. The sales pitch led us to believe that Exacthire would find us a candidate within the contract period. We paid upfront based on that sales pitch. We were misled almost to the point that this feels like we were swindled. With other recruiters, we do not pay until we hire a candidate. We also have a guarantee that the candidate will last for 90 days. We agreed to pay Exacthire upfront and waive the 90-day requirement. We will never recommend Exacthire based on this experience.

This system allows you to quickly identified qualified candidates and keeps the hiring process very organized. The experience from creating an open position to onboarding is seamless and painless.  I can message candidates and collaborate with the hiring team without leaving the ExactHire system. I don't waste precious time because I'm able to do everything I need during the hiring process from a unified platform.&#10;&#10;From the applicants perspective it is also an excellent experience\! I've received feedback from candidates stating how applying to other jobs was clunky and off-putting, but ours (ExactHire) wasn't. This gives me peace of mind knowing that the ExactHire's software isn't turning away candidates and I'm getting maximum participation from qualified applicants.&#10;&#10;&#10;Lastly, the staff at ExactHire is unbeatable\! From the customer service team, to technical staff, to management, we've always experienced exceptional support and care. Business always involves people; so, you might as well enjoy the people you have to work with. These guys rock\!
