As a result, customer service is almost non-existent. Any attempt to resolve an issue is met with excessively long wait times, delayed responses, or no response at all. This is not only frustrating but entirely unacceptable for a company of your size and responsibility. When contact is finally made, the experience only worsens. The individual responsible for handling billing matters has consistently demonstrated unprofessional behavior, a lack of basic customer service skills, and an apparent absence of respect for customers.
