It is very easy to add now clients and update their pet status. The Reporting is pretty vast. There is countless number of reports that you can print out to help your business. I like pulling up a report that allows you to see when the last time clients were in. This provides me a list of all the customers that are due for their next hair cut. I print that out and give it to my front desk at the beginning of each month and we call up customers to make sure they book their appointments on time. There are also reports that give me the top customers by $ and I can break it down per groomer. I give that to my groomers so they can see who their top customers are for the year and they make them a special gift package at the end of the year. The Learning Curve on this system is pretty short. By day 3 a new employee will feel comfortable with navigating the system. > > **Cons**: Improvements and Updates. I like the online book system. We implemented the online system 2 years ago and we have gone from 8% of our clients booking to 17%. That is a big jump. I would like to see more options with the online booking.
