> **Pros**: It works really well. People from other countries don't even realise I'm using it. It also works very well with Slack and let's me know who called and when someone is calling from that number.

> **Cons**: I can't complain. It makes call forwarding and receiving from other countries easy.

> Very helpful staff and does what is promised. Once set up it's forget it and leave it and yes, it continues to work.

> **Pros**: Yodel has some very cool features - the digital assistant can be customized to have a personalized greeting (or you can record your own), it can ask the caller for their intended department or person, and it can even answer simple questions using some integrations. These are features that I did not expect to find outside of a very expensive enterprise solution.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Running our phone system through Slack has been great for our productivity, as we're freed up from having to answer the phones without knowing who's calling (it's useful for our firm to be able to screen calls).

> **Cons**: Answering/forwarding calls can be time-consuming, which is an issue when the phone is ringing. It's best to ensure you're signed into Yodel and can answer calls on your headset during business hours, but I'd really like to see a simple, in-Slack method for forwarding incoming calls to our physical phones. Yodel is working on Windows apps, so perhaps this will be more easily managed in the near future.

> **Cons**: They betrayed us. I am an early adopter; they sold a lifetime deal on AppSumo to secure funding. Now that the product has good MMR, they deleted my account, claiming I hadn't used it for the last six months, which is false. First of all, there was no condition regarding a six-month window. Secondly, I was using it, and I am not alone; they deleted the accounts of everyone I know who bought this deal.

> **Pros**: The integration with other software such as slack makes yodel great. Additionally, it makes working with employees worldwide much easier as they can answer calls as long as they have wifi.

> **Cons**: At times there is a lag on when the call comes in but I think this is more because of the internet connection rather than the system.
