It suits organizations that need structure, meaning defined cycles, agreed criteria for who is paired with whom, and evidence at the end, rather than an informal list of volunteers. Setting up A built-in checklist covers profile fields, session types and application forms. Participants arrive by Excel import or through a public application link. Most programs are live within a day, and a member of the Mentornity team helps with the first setup at no charge. Pairing Three approaches, and they can be combined in one program. An algorithm scores candidates against weighted criteria the program defines and removes any pair that fails a mandatory rule. Administrators can assign pairs by hand. Or participants browse mentor profiles and request their own, with per-mentor limits and optional mentor approval. Group circles and one-to-one pairs coexist.
