Motivosity Overview
Pros
I love the employee engagement! Our team works mostly remotely so it creates a space where we can all come and connect and interact on a platform that feels comfortable and similar to the social media we almost all use already.
Cons
The least favorable thing is the tedious initial leg work to set up the online store for redemption.

reep the rewards
overall i like motivosity. theres just so many out there these days, and reviewing i feel led to share my experience. i used to reward my staff when they reached a team goal or accomplished a major task as a star my only downfall thus far would be the layout of the desktop version on my laptop. if its the same else where id have to decline continuing this service. just make it easier for us to navigate through
Pros
dashboard, being able to track which employee got what goal accomplished, the leaderboard is also overall one of the best ive saw yet
Cons
need to see a more easy interface and layout, and maybe more local vendors to provide incentives for.
Reasons for Switching to Motivosity
i can give and receive feedback in live time, instead of having to deal with emails and that hassle alone. when i chose, honestly, i liked more of what i saw review wise on motivosity than any other so decided to give it a try.- Industry: E-Learning

Cheers to positivity!
Overall, hands down one of the best platforms I have used for a company.
Pros
The little characters and ratings to see what type of employee you are.
Cons
There should be more options for examples on why we are being thanked.

In my opinion the best Employee Recognition platform on the market!
WONDERFUL! Our employees love it, and the feature of having the physical reloadable card is amazing!
Pros
Our Rep. [sensitive content hidden] is always keeping me up to date with new features and is helpful when I have questions or issues arrise.
Cons
The new funding process has been difficult. Even with a rule to deposit more funds when we hit the 1k mark, the 5-6 business days for it to post to our account is frustrating to say the least.

A great tool for better team management
Motivosity has helped our organization in many ways. It has helped improve the company's culture. It also helps in employee recognition and acts as a reward solution.
Pros
It is a good tool to keep the employees or the team members connected. Motivosity does this in a unique and engaging way. Meeting scheduling, task management can be performed by this tool very easily and efficiently. Its pricing is also competitive with other players in the market.
Cons
Customer support can be improved a bit. Also, uploading videos can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, it is a good software.

Motivosity - Great for corporate culture!
We love Motivosity here. As a company who's employees are constantly on the move, traveling, at jobsites, etc., it allows us to stay connected and show our appreciation to one another even when we're not able to be face-to-face.
Pros
I love the interaction it allows especially in a bigger company, spread across multiple office locations and states. It allows us all to stay connected and see the good work those within the company are doing, even from a different location. I love the recognition it provides.
Cons
There is not much I "least like" about Motivosity. I wish there was some more/deeper training on some of the features so I could better facilitate implementation of all the great features it offers.

A great engagement tool!
Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Ease of setup and use. The API took a bit to get set up with ADP but once that was done it worked perfectly. I don't have to manually upload a file very day.
Pros
I love how our teams can give a shout out to one of their team members, their managers, another store or anyone who has set up their Motivosity account!
It has really engaged our teams for the better. We even post when a person or team get a shout out from a customer. I know they like seeing their names on those posts!
Cons
Not that we didn't like it we just didn't use the manager development. We decided to use a different tool.
We decided also not to renew Employee Insights and the main reason is ADP has rolled out their survey, pulse tool. They are working on making so we can text the surveys out to our teams.
Billing was an issue as you have to pay for a whole year in advance. No option for monthly billing.

The software that keeps giving!
Overall, we could not ask for a better experience. The interactions with anyone at Motivosity is extremely welcoming, our rep makes us feel as though we are his only client and always looks to connect to us a individual people, not just a company or client.
Pros
Motivosity is a platform that our staff uses daily. We have embedded many features such as employee recognition, employee engagement, mid & annual reviews, monthly coaching sessions, and birthday/anniversary celebrations. We love that we can house many items into a single site.
Cons
At this time, there is not any thing that we like least about the platform.

Love Motivosity!
Honestly, we love Motivosity, and all our employees do to! It helps employees to feel seen and appreciated!
Pros
I really appreciate the user-friendly website and app that Motivosity has! It makes it easy and encourages employees to acknowledge and appreciate their coworkers' efforts. It also helps employees to engage with employees they may not otherwise. We have employees at properties all over the country and Motivosity has helped employees to engage with coworkers they might never meet.
Cons
Our biggest complaint was issues we had with the Motivosity debit cards. We recycle emails in the company, and this was causing issues within the Motivosity's system. It took a while, but they helped us work around this issue.

Happy Motivosity Customer!
Nothing but great things to say about Motivosity. We hope to continue our relationship with Motivosity for years to come.
Pros
As I mentioned previously, Motivosity has been great at building team morale throughout the entire office. Employees can give each other motivosity bucks when they help one another out with a patient or daily task. Managers can give extra bucks to employees they see doing a good job. We have weekly activity/ awards for games we hold throughout the week! Employees LOVE it!
Cons
This is pretty nit picky, but I think it is easier to use on a computer than smart phone. The app is good, but I think our office prefers using the platform on computer over phones.

Usefull and motivating
It definitely increased my motivation. I can see my own work load and manage it more easily then I used to. I like to be in touch through this app with my colleagues. Thank you Motivosity.
Pros
What I like the most about Motivosity is you can express your feelings and build a bridge to meet in the middle with your colleagues. You can say thank you! This is the most important thing. And when they thank you it rapidly increases your dopamine level.
Cons
Well, sometimes application gives some errors but if you update the app regulary it should be solved.

Motivosity for employees
Our employees use the peer-to-peer and the manager-to-peer recognition daily to call out the great things their teams are doing. We also use it for awards for wellness challenges and various competitions we do to promote employee engagement. It is easy to use and the support I've received when we've had issues has been very quick.
Pros
Love the peer-to-peer recognition. Our employees use it daily!
Cons
Cost - all the features are great so the only thing I can think for improvement would be to lower the cost.

Drive Marketing Review
Motivosity has made such a positive impact on our team. It is well used and serves to provide peer-to-peer and manager-to-employee recognition in a way that feels good and is manageable for all users.
Pros
I really love the ease of the platform, it has a clean layout and makes things simple and purposeful. I really love that it is real-time recognition and that it makes a big impact on our team. It is user friend and not complex which encourages the team to use the platform.
Cons

Motivosity has been a great recognition tool!
Pros
It is a super easy way to recognize people within the organization. It allows for recognition from peers which is awesome. Everyone loves to get money so we have had great success with it!
Cons
I wish there was more ways to make it a little more customizable to my organization. For example, able to add in more forms that fit what I am needing or more boxes that ask specific questions I am needing when goals are being set or managers are conducting reviews.

Peer to Peer feedback
Overall a positive relationship and I love selling the system to new candidates. It does improve our culture a bit. I wish we could find a way to have it make a bigger difference.
Pros
I appreciate that it encourages staff to complement each other. While that happens organically, I do believe this helps encourage more of the peer-to-peer feedback. We all want to know we are doing a great job, and every positive comment is important. It definitely helps our culture stay a bit more positive.
Cons
It is not a perfect system, but it does help. I think the eNPS survey is stupid and it should be replaced by a better system. The questions are awful and the scoring is worse. How is someone who rates your company a 7 or an 8 a passive score? We altered the questions to the Gallup Q12 employee engagement questions.
We have seen some very mild favor trading with money. (Employees trading direct money for benefit.) Which we put a stop to. A prevention system built in would be nice.

Easy to set up and adopt
Pros
The idea of being able to recognize a co-worker's contribution with a small monetary token is so simple, everyone picks up on it instantly. As an employee accumulates funds, they can simply use a debit card to access the funds. No points to convert, odd catalogs to make "purchases" from, and the employee gets to spend the funds on what they want.
Cons
Annual cost is quite stiff for a medium sized firm. After seven years' use, we will be reevaluating Motivosity in our next total compensation review.

Great Way To Build Community
It's been great! My company uses it and it's been a great way to build community.
Pros
I love giving appreciations to fellow employees and seeing their comments as well. The apple wallet feature is awesome too, so I can use my Motivosity wherever!
Cons
More personalized features for giving appreciation would be a fun feature. There needs to be an emoji feature!
