It was the user's responsibility to reinstall the program in order to get it working again, however it wasn't clear what had caused the problem in the first place. > > The installation of the program was a breeze, and everything went off without a hitch after it was all set up. Our customers do not report having a difficult time becoming accustomed to the program as a result of its user-friendly functioning and features.
