> **Pros**: The ease of use and integration into Google Analytics has allowed my advertising agency help our clients understand where there leads are coming from as well as seeing how response time effects conversions.  The easy of integration into Google AdWords is just a click if a button and we see keyword conversation.

Still, after two days, the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] calls me to apologize for the missing feature promised by his employer. since then, I'm trying to port out my numbers. After that, phonewagon charges illegally on my credit card for 3x times after the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] call me and recognize the issue.&#10;&#10;Since there is no option to cancel over the dashboard, I'm still waiting for a resolution over the 3 illegal charges and my account's cancellation.&#10;&#10;BAD SUPPORT AND BAD SERVICE.
