It also makes processes such as surveys, performance reviews, and employee management much more efficient, and the ability to schedule surveys is also valuable. > > **Cons**: One limitation I have noticed is that once a survey has been sent to an employee, there is no simple way to fully cancel or delete it. Having the ability to retract or remove a survey after sending it would be very useful in situations where a survey was triggered by mistake or needs to be adjusted. In some cases, a bit more flexibility around survey management and administration tools would improve the experience for HR teams.
