First one – we can build the best routes for ‘phantom’, i.e. non-existing vehicles (as we don’t have our own car fleet) and out contractors assign their cars for the route we built. It is very important for us that with this system where we build the route both we and our contractors can track the car on the map. And the second one – the chat of three: we – dispatcher – driver, very convenient\! > > **Cons**: Sometimes we need to assign the orders per areas as we can not do that as the system does not consider it the best route.
