The eVisitor Software package combines cloud-based data storage with a simple app that installs in minutes. eVisitor prints visitor badges customized with your logo and or facility name. The electronic visitor sign in lets you design ID’s for all categories of visitors. The fabric-friendly badges stay on without harm to most clothing. Our most popular visitor badges are self-expiring, which means they change color overnight to prevent reuse. A compatible printer is included. 

This solution allows facilities to customize visitor badges with company info, different titles, designs and logos. Users can integrate a webcam to capture visitor photos and print badges with visit details. Badges can be printed on paper or adhesive labels.

eVisitor Software also maintains a history of daily visits and allows administrators run reports for compliance and auditing. Additionally, users can also integrate badge printers, badge readers, and webcams along with the solution.

Installation, training, support, updates, a printer, 1,000 self-expiring visitor labels (which change color overnight to discourage reuse and prevent re-entry), and printer cleaning cards are all included with most packages. Optional equipment includes a camera and a choice of a photo or turbo driver's license reader.

eVisitor Software is available for a renewable license fee, which also includes support via phone and email.

> Pros - The price was well within our budget.  We never thought we could afford an electronic solution before this.
It was super easy to get started...and support from the vendor was excellent\! Prompt and professional.  We needed a way to register guests using their driver's license and this does it very fast\! 

Cons -  None yet...this works exactly as we need it to and we are pleased with this purchase.
