One of the best tools out there for cold calling!
All in all, this is by far one of the best product I have used for cold calling.
Pros
CallHippo is very easy to use. The features are nice and straightforward. The customer support is one of the best and resolve problems instantly once you inform them. Even if a call doesn't go through, you are made aware of the reason why. The monitoring feature is nice too and helps keep the team on track.
Cons
Sometimes the software doesn't allow us to make calls to a particular country but without an explanation. And the call reminder feature is a little buggy

One of the best Service providers.
We have been using call hippo for almost a year now and we had a smooth transistion initially, User friendly admin portal and the 24/7 service they render is truely commendable. The flexibility on the payment mode is an added advantage.

Average service, good support team.
Overall, it's an average service. The support staff is very friendly and they try to give their fullest support. I had chats with Yash & Roshan. They both were very helpful in solving the issues I faced.
Pros
It serves the purpose of obtaining virtual US numbers and this helps us to test our software products more accurately.
Cons
I'm sure many bugs can be found in this product. I found a few by just using it for one or two days.
Examples:
1. To convert a "Test Analyst" user to a different role (even with the Owner profile) I had to open a chat and talk to support.
2. When trying to view the Help section, it redirects to a login page & even with the correct usernames & passwords, it says invalid login.
