We will do another virtual event because we now know how easy it can be and our attendees loved the event platform\! > > **Cons**: Some documentation could be more robust but they have a chat feature and each time I had an issue, someone walked me through how to solve it until the issue was resolved. Also, the onboarding session was helpful but didn't make complete sense until I actually entered our campaign. I would have appreciated a two-part onboarding session - one for information about what would be required and one after I entered most of the info to make sure it was done correctly.
