# PSPro

> PSPro is a studio management program for professional photographers and photography studios in Spain, used since 2013 under its former name Photo Solution Pro. Everything runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install and the studio can work from the office, at home or on location.

A typical studio uses PSPro to answer an enquiry, send a quote, have the client sign the contract online with a one-time code and pay a deposit when booking. After the session, photos are delivered in a private gallery with a password, where the client chooses favourites and can buy photos. Invoices are issued from the same panel and prepared for Spain's VeriFactu system, and a point of sale covers counter sales.

Studios with staff can add users with roles and use employee time tracking. Support is in Spanish by email, with a help center of articles and videos.
