# Oifers

> Oifers is a cloud quoting application for small and medium-sized businesses that send quotes with products and installation work, such as window and door companies, kitchen and furniture makers, flooring and tiling firms, solar and HVAC installers, builders, landscapers and builders' merchants.

Users build quotes from a shared product catalog and client list, then send each quote to the client as a branded web link. The company sees when the quote was opened, how many times and on what type of device. The client accepts online by confirming a one-time code sent by email, and the accepted quote can be downloaded as a PDF with the acceptance record.

Quotes support the client's language (English, Romanian, Hungarian or German), five currencies (EUR, GBP, USD, RON, HUF) with an optional second-currency total, per-line VAT rates, line and quote discounts, and metric or imperial units. Oifers also includes requests for quote to suppliers: one request goes to several suppliers, their prices are compared line by line and the chosen prices become the client quote.

Oifers runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, with no installation. Sign-in is by email or Google. There are two roles, admin and sales agent; agents see only their own quotes. Oifers does not issue invoices and has no e-signature or CRM integration.

Pricing: a Free plan (1 user, 10 quotes one-time per company, no card) and three paid plans with all features and unlimited quotes: Solo (1 user), Team (3 users) and Business (10 users), from €29 / £25 / $35 / 150 RON per month excluding VAT. Yearly billing costs 10 months.
