> GeoWave is a field attendance and employee tracking app for businesses in India, made by Aptivix Technologies LLP. Employees check in and out from their own Android phone or iPhone with a selfie, GPS location and time stamp. While they are checked in, the app records their location every 3 minutes; tracking stops at check-out, and points recorded without network upload when the connection returns.

Managers use the web dashboard and phone app to see a live map of everyone on shift, each employee's day timeline of stops, trips and distance, and geofences around offices and client sites. GeoWave also covers shifts with automatic late marking, leave requests and approvals against quotas, tasks with comments, files and approvals, and attendance reports with CSV export for payroll.

Free: ₹0, for up to 5 people, with no time limit and no card required. Includes selfie and GPS check-in and check-out, leave and shifts, the live team map with all-day tracking, 3 days of location history, 1 geofence, tasks (including recurring tasks), and the phone app plus a web dashboard for admins and managers.

Business: ₹299 per user per month, or ₹3,049 per user per year billed yearly (15% less). No limit on the number of people. Everything in Free, plus tasks that need approval before they close, 30 days of location history, 10 geofences, the desktop web app for every employee, advanced reports and priority WhatsApp support.

Enterprise: custom pricing. Everything in Business, plus location history and geofences without limits, phone health and remote wake, your own branding, API access, 50 GB of storage and dedicated support. Also available for groups with more than one company, custom integrations or on-premise hosting.

Every plan includes the Android and iPhone apps, offline sync, push notifications, sign-in by email or mobile number, and cloud hosting in India with backups.
