> Trail Sentinel is a good fit for organizations that maintain a trail network with a small staff, seasonal crews or volunteers, and that still track the work in spreadsheets, paper notes or group chats. Organizations with infrastructure to inspect use the structures module: each bridge, sign or boardwalk has its own file with inspection reports, a risk status and the date of the next inspection. Teams that pay staff use time tracking by work role to get a real cost per task and close timesheets every pay period.

Setup starts by importing existing trails from GPX, KML, KMZ or shapefile. Support is by email, through an online knowledge base and with video tutorials, in English or French, Monday to Friday during Eastern business hours.
