# Dogo

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/778988/Dogo

> Dogo is the AI research team for retained executive search. Paste a brief or a job description, and dogo turns it into weighted criteria, searches the market, and returns a ranked longlist in under 5 minutes.

Each candidate comes with the evidence for every criterion, and the near-misses are kept so you decide, not the filter.

Star the people you want to approach and Dogo drafts a personal LinkedIn note in your voice. You review it and send it yourself. Dogo never contacts anyone on its own.

Every search builds your firm's private talent pool, so people you found before resurface with their past scores on the next mandate.

Built for boutique search firms of 1 to 30 consultants. Available in English and French, hosted in the EU, and usable from Claude or ChatGPT. 14-day free trial, no card.
