# Faktury Online

> Faktury Online (faktury-online.com) is an online invoicing system from Slovakia, used by sole traders, freelancers, small businesses and non-profit organizations since 2009. It works in any web browser, in Slovak and English, with no installation.

The system covers everyday billing documents: invoices, advance invoices, credit and debit notes, cash receipts, price quotes, delivery notes and orders. Company details are filled in from Slovak registers by Company ID (IČO), invoices include PAY by square, SPD or EPC payment QR codes and can be issued in 12 languages and foreign currencies. Documents are sent by e-mail directly from the system and exported to PDF, Excel, ISDOC or UBL XML.

One account can manage several own companies and several users with individual permissions. Statistics of issued documents and an API are included; optional add-ons provide recurring documents, backups and extra document types such as order forms, handover protocols and work journals.

Faktury Online is a certified provider of Slovak e-invoicing (eFaktúra) over the Peppol network, which becomes mandatory from 1 January 2027; sending and receiving e-invoices launches in autumn 2026. Support is provided by e-mail, a contact form and an online knowledge base. The first year is free, then €30 per year excluding VAT.
