> Norssa is a scheduling tool for service companies that work under recurring maintenance contracts in Belgium and France: pest control, fire extinguisher and fire safety inspections, automatic doors, heating, heat pumps and air conditioning.

The problem it solves is simple: with dozens or hundreds of customers under contract, each with its own visit frequency, it is easy to let a visit slip. Norssa computes the next due date of every contract, shows what is overdue or coming up, and builds the technicians' week automatically. Each visit is scheduled in the days before it is due, never after, and grouped with nearby visits and existing appointments in the same area. The office can still adjust the plan by hand.

Technicians see their day on their phone without installing an app and record each visit as done, done with a note, or to reschedule; missed visits return to the planning on their own. Customers receive a reminder before the visit.

Norssa does not replace an invoicing or reporting tool: it covers recurrence and visit follow-up only. Pricing is per company, with three plans (Solo, Équipe, Pro) and a 14-day free trial without credit card. Interface in French, data hosted in Europe.
