> HallaHelps is a help desk built for small teams that handle customer email. It connects to the addresses you already use, such as support@ or info@, and gathers every message into one shared inbox. Each conversation has an owner and a status, teammates can leave internal notes, and a live indicator shows who is already replying, so customers never get missed or answered twice. Replies are sent from your own email address.

All plans include saved replies, tags, rules that route mail automatically, customer history, satisfaction ratings, reports, a public help center, and a help widget for your website, plus Slack, Microsoft Teams and Stripe connections. Past conversations can be imported from Help Scout, Zendesk or Freshdesk.

An optional Pro add-on brings translation in 33 languages, AI rewriting, advanced reports, webhooks, and Zapier and Make. Plans are priced flat, not per agent, starting at $39 a month for up to 3 people.
