RankScan checks three places. First, AI assistants: it sends topic-based prompts to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Microsoft Copilot and records whether your brand is mentioned, which competitors appear and which sources are cited. All results are organised by topic. From them, RankScan builds a prioritised list of tasks. Each task explains what is wrong, why it matters, which pages are affected and how to check the result. Tasks can be delegated, and RankScan verifies fixes after the next crawl.
