# Scrumly Tools

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/776644/Scrumly-Tools

> Scrumly Tools helps Scrum Masters and agile teams run their sprint meetings without buying or rolling out new software. Everything happens in the browser: the facilitator creates a session, posts one link in the team chat, and people join without signing up.

For sprint retrospectives, the board opens with columns for a chosen format, such as Start/Stop/Continue, Mad/Sad/Glad, 4Ls or Sailboat, or with columns the team names itself. Cards stay hidden until the facilitator reveals them, the team votes, and the most-voted topics become action items with an Actions column on every board.

For sprint planning, planning poker supports Fibonacci, T-shirt, powers of 2 and custom decks. Every vote stays face down until the reveal, which keeps the first estimate from steering the rest. Stories can be pulled in from Jira.

A shared whiteboard covers brainstorming and diagrams, and a team health check lets people rate six areas of how the team works, so the next retro can start from the lowest score.

Facilitators can ask for optional AI suggestions, for example to group similar retro cards or to list questions and risks for a story. In planning poker, the AI never sees who voted what.

Scrumly Tools runs in nine languages, works with Slack and Google Meet, and is operated by Pixel Goblin Ltd. Every feature is free, with no paid plan or trial for teams.
