> J5Drive is dealer management software for independent used-car lots and Buy Here Pay Here dealers in the United States that finance their own customers. It runs in the browser on phones and computers, and the whole interface works in English and Spanish.

Core functions: VIN-scan inventory with invested cost and real profit per car; cash and financed contracts with weekly, biweekly or monthly payments signed on screen; accounts receivable with balances, next due dates and days late. Each payment generates a receipt in English or Spanish, based on the contract's selected language.

Collections support: email payment reminders before, on and after the due date, and WhatsApp receipts and late alerts for customers who agreed to receive them. Customers who agree to texts (US numbers) also get SMS: a receipt for every payment with the balance and invoice link, the same reminders as email (3 days before, on the due date and every 3 days late up to 30 days) and insurance reminders 7 days before and on the day it expires, in the contract's language, with a STOP opt-out. No marketing or bulk texts. J5Drive provides CSV inventory feed links for configuration in Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center, subject to each platform's requirements. Owner, salesperson and collector each get their own login.
