Customers sign via a shared link on any phone and pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

Additional features include CRM with job history and documents, deposit and milestone invoicing, change orders, scheduling, task management, and two-way QuickBooks and Google Calendar sync. AI drafts follow-up messages for unanswered quotes and overdue invoices, but nothing sends until the contractor reviews and approves.

m2q runs in any browser with no installation required, on phone, tablet, or desktop. Pricing is a flat monthly fee covering the entire company with no per-seat charges. Support options include email support and in-app resources.
