# Jemalys Carnet

> Jemalys Carnet is a simple tool for small and mid-sized businesses to follow the supplier quotes they receive and to share team notes. Each quote PDF is recorded with its supplier, number and amounts and tracked until it is approved, refused or completed, and the PDF is filed automatically according to its status. A dashboard shows committed and completed amounts, with VAT calculated automatically, and notes are shared by category, pinned and linked to the quotes they concern.

Carnet runs on a Windows PC of the company (on-premise) and is used from a web browser on the computers, tablets and phones of the local network. Data stays on the company's PC, with automatic backups and a full copy to a USB drive. It is sold as a one-time licence per site, without subscription, and the real software can be tried in a free online demo with fictitious data. Interface in French.
