Team members check items in and out from their phone or a browser, or scan a barcode to pull up the item right away. Every check-in and check-out is recorded with a name and time.

Admins set a minimum level for each item. When stock drops to that level, the team gets a push notification and an optional email summary, and a saved Buy Again link makes reordering quick. Incoming shipments from major carriers can be tracked against the items they will restock.

Items can have photos, categories and locations, and deployable equipment such as laptops and projectors gets its own list with serial numbers. Data can be imported from and exported to Excel, and accounts support two-factor sign-in.

Chorvis runs on the web and Android, offers a free plan, and charges paid plans per team instead of per user.
