> SPLITGLASS is built for the companies that sell to Moroccan public buyers: construction and engineering firms, design offices and bid consultants. It lists the open public tenders of the official Moroccan portal, with every line linking to the official notice, for works (travaux), supplies (fournitures) and services.

Bidders also get three free tools, with no registration: a reference-price and abnormally-low-offer calculator based on decree 2-22-431 (articles 43 and 44), a ten-sheet BPU, DQE and BPDE Excel template with automatic checks, and an administrative-dossier checklist based on article 28. The calculator and the checklist run in the browser. Guides explain the decree article by article, in French and Arabic.

BP2XLS, an engine that turns the pricing tables of a tender dossier into structured Excel files, is in development, and a waitlist is open on splitglass.com. SPLITGLASS is not an official website.
