# MBTenerife

> MBTenerife is an employee portal and time-tracking system for companies whose staff work away from a desk: at pools, beaches, building sites, hotels, private homes or in ambulances, on shifts that change every week and sometimes with no signal. It was born in a lifeguard service in Tenerife and runs in production.

For staff, on their phone: clock in with one tap, even offline (the clock-in is stored with its time and sent when the signal returns); their rota and hours; shift swaps and open shifts; payslips and documents signed with a finger; leave with their remaining balance; and the checklists, equipment checks and photo reports of their sector.

For coordinators, on a computer: a daily panel showing who is on duty and what is left to cover; draft and published rotas; timesheet review and clock-in corrections with a reason, never deleting the original; leave approvals; payslip distribution from the payroll provider with signature tracking; staff records with expiring qualifications; and the month's variables in CSV and Excel.

Every clock-in is chained to the previous one with a SHA-256 hash, and a daily check warns if anything does not match. Records are kept for four years, ready for the Spanish Labour Inspectorate. It includes the whistleblowing channel of Spanish Law 2/2023: anonymous, with encrypted text and visible deadlines.

No fingerprints or facial recognition. Location is off by default, taken only at clock-in, and coordinates are deleted after 90 days. Data is hosted in Spain. It does not calculate payroll.

We set it up for your collective agreement, sites, shifts and reports, with your logo, and import your staff from Excel. The interface is in Spanish.

Each person is billed at the rate of their tier: €5.50 for people 1 to 90, €4.50 for 91 to 190 and €3.50 from 191. If the total exceeds €500, the company fee is reduced: 64 to 91 people pay €500 a month, and from 92 you only pay per person. Billed monthly for the people registered that month. Setup, Excel import, hosting in Spain, backups, updates and support included. Taxes not included.
