> XPI CRM is a web-based customer success platform for B2B SaaS and subscription companies. It helps account and customer success teams keep clients healthy and renewing. The platform combines automatic health scoring, a renewals board, revenue reporting (ARR, GRR, NRR and ARR movement), support tickets with SLA rules, tasks, playbooks with automation, and NPS and CSAT results. Each client record shows health, renewals, tickets and activity together, and the My day page lists the tasks, renewals and alerts that need attention. Teams can tailor XPI without code using custom objects, fields, page layouts, roles and views, and can bring data in by CSV import, REST API or webhooks. An AI assistant inside the app answers product questions, and an AI connector lets users work with their XPI data from Claude or ChatGPT. All features are free for up to 100 clients and 1,000 contacts, with no credit card. An Enterprise plan adds premium support and onboarding. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland).
