POSist has a good feature in the POS like ( CRM , Reporting , Stock) and it is very easy to understand and use. provides good segregation in admin and user permissions which keeps our data secure

Also online features are much good.

As of now nothing to share in least, but one suggestion please remove the dependency from browser.

Item master takes a lot time to add new items and we c=have to go through the entire BFCD process to add/ edit items.

It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.
I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.
Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.
The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.
Vishal was very helpful always available everytime that we had troubleshoot.

Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.
Posist lite app is not working for now.
UI customisation so that we can set it up as per our requirement.

Open Item Food is a problem here they are not allowing to punch the open food with open price price item at billing

We have this application for almost 6 years and in our all the Romeolane and Birch outlets.
We have very positive experince with restroworks and with their team.

With their enterprise panel we can manage the menu of all the running outlets and also we can check the real time sale with their cockpit App

It is very usefull, specialy in punching items by scanning the barcode. We have integrated Posist with weighing scale and it works very good.
We have served over 400 guest during our busy hours and posist was very fast and relaible during busy operation.
Support from [sensitive content hidden] was very great, he was available to assist at any point when requested.

nothing is there to dislike, this is one of the best application available in the market to use.

Posist billing application has great UI with very easy to use interface, staff finds it very easy to operate and punch orders.Reporting is very good, it has lot of reports and we can get the required data.We are integrated with Xero and accounting data push is very smooth and automatic.Posist Academy is a great tool for self learning, it has multiple languages support as well. Our team is using Academy to clarify their doubts if any.

While punching items, it would have been better if the icons are slightly big and bold so that it is easy to find and punch the items while order taking. Overall it's a good application, no major issue so far.

Talabat integration has made our operations very easy and smooth, orders are landing directly on the KDS without any intervention whoch helps in achieving efficiency.
Cockpit app helps us to get the currect sales/stats on our smartphone.
Support from Vishal, He helped us on every stage, Integrations, Menu Updates, Thermal printer setup ETC.
Order puching is easy and can be done in seconds.

Brand wise reporting should haven been better where we can check order related details for every tab/brand.

1. Most of the features for QSR and restaurant POS are available in POSISIT application.
2. New store setup time is less, so store opening is smooth.
3. Restroworks acadamy gives complete understandings about POSIST functionality. For first time user it is very useful and self learning.
4. Support of POSISIT is good, Support team always takes the feedback from the user till the time issue gets solved.

we have just go live on POSISIT in 2 stores only, as of now billing process working smoothly, will be keep monitoring and if there is feedback from store then will update to POSISIT support team
