> Geophrase is delivery management software for Indian businesses that deliver orders with their own delivery riders, such as medical and dental suppliers, pharmacies, restaurants and grocery shops. It helps owners and managers know where every order stands without phoning riders all day.

Getting orders out: add the day's orders on the web dashboard one at a time or upload a CSV file, then assign them to a rider individually, in bulk, or let riders pick up parcels by scanning a QR code. Riders see each customer's name, phone number and address in the free Android and iOS app, follow a planned order of stops that ends back at the shop, and open navigation in Google Maps.

Proof at the door: when a delivery starts, the customer gets an OTP by SMS along with the rider's phone number. The rider enters the OTP to mark the order delivered. If a customer can't share the OTP, the store can let the rider take a geo-tagged photo in the app instead, with an optional note. Every delivered or failed attempt records the date, time and the rider's location, and a failed delivery sends an SMS and email alert to the business straight away.

Records for the office: order statuses update as riders work, each order keeps its proof for later questions, and calculated trip distances can be downloaded to help settle rider payments.

For orders sent through couriers, the optional GPS Address Capture service lets customers pin their exact location on a map and adds a map link to the address.

Pricing is pay-per-use: ₹8 when a rider starts a delivery, covering up to three attempts, with no monthly or per-rider fee. GPS Address Capture costs ₹2 per address, and new accounts start with ₹500 free credit.
