> Intrawebix CRM is an all-in-one, browser-based CRM for small and medium teams that sell by phone, email and messengers.

What you can do with it:
- Track leads, contacts, companies and deals, and move deals across a drag-and-drop pipeline with probabilities, targets and a forecast.
- Answer WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger and website chat from one shared inbox, with a chatbot for first replies and after-hours messages.
- Sync your mailbox (IMAP/SMTP or Microsoft 365) and send templates, campaigns and follow-up sequences with open and click tracking.
- Prepare quotes, invoices and contracts as PDFs; clients accept and sign online, and payment reminders go out automatically. Invoices can go straight into Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, SmartBill, FGO or Oblio.
- Log calls from your phone system with recordings, send SMS, and let clients book meetings on your public booking page.
- Let an AI voice agent answer calls on your own phone line in English, Romanian or Russian: it recognizes known customers, creates the lead and saves the transcript.
- Handle support tickets with response deadlines, satisfaction surveys, a knowledge base and a client portal.
- Automate routine steps with rules, web forms and lead routing, and use an AI assistant to summarize records and draft emails.

Managers get reports, a customizable dashboard and a team panel; admins control roles, teams, agent permissions, two-factor sign-in and an audit log. The app works in English, Romanian and Russian and installs on phones as a web app.

Pricing is per user, excl. VAT: Standard $9 (€8) and Business $29 (€27) per user per month, less when billed quarterly or yearly, plus a free plan for up to 3 users and a 30-day free trial without a card.
