# Voxtrics

> Voxtrics lets you ask the people who use your website what they think, and keeps their answers in order so your team can act on them.

How it works

1. Add it to your site. Paste a two-line snippet into your pages, or install the WordPress plugin, which puts a popup or chat survey on every page, or an inline survey wherever you add its block or shortcode. Guides cover Wix, Webflow, Squarespace and Tilda. Without a website, use a hosted survey link or an email survey instead.

2. Pick a template. Choose from more than 30 ready-made surveys, each in 8 languages. Edit the wording, set your brand colors, and let the survey use your website's font.

3. Choose when it shows. For example, after 20 seconds on a page, when someone is about to leave (on a computer), at the bottom of a page, or only for returning visitors. It appears only on pages where you added it.

4. Read the answers. Each response gets a status, so you can mark it in progress or resolved, hand it to a colleague, star it or leave a note for the team. The dashboard shows how satisfaction changes over time, and you can download everything as an Excel file.

5. Get alerts. Set a rule, such as three ratings of 2 or lower within an hour, and Voxtrics messages Slack, Telegram or your email with the count. Alerts work on every paid plan and in the 30-day trial.

Privacy

Answers are saved on servers in Finland that Voxtrics runs itself, with a Data Processing Agreement for GDPR. The survey widget does not set any cookies. To recognize returning visitors and avoid double answers, it stores one random ID in the browser's local storage.

Pricing

New accounts get 30 days of the Business plan free, no card needed, then move to Free unless you upgrade. Free costs nothing. Growth costs €15 a month billed yearly, or €20 month to month, and adds sending email surveys. Scale, at €37 a month billed yearly or €48 paid monthly, adds page snapshots, AI survey writing, an API and single sign-on. Business, at €70 a month billed yearly or €91 paid monthly, adds Jira Cloud. Enterprise is priced individually.
